OPPO Sets Up European HQ in Düsseldorf

After a recent foray into the German market, Chinese smartphone-maker OPPO has officially settled in the country, opening its European headquarters in Düsseldorf. Germany was OPPO’s last unconquered major European market. Previously, the company successfully launched its products in France, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, the UK and Switzerland.

OPPO considers Germany a key smartphone market in Europe, hence the decision to set up the brand’s European HQ. The news confirms OPPO’s determination to further invest in the European market, building upon its growth strategy, initiated in 2018 with the official launch of its Find X series in the region.

“We are delighted to announce the opening of our HUB office in Düsseldorf. This further achievement of our development confirms OPPO’s success in Europe. We are proud of what has been realized so far and are convinced that this new organization will allow us to go even further in supporting our local offices and to roll out our development plans for an even stronger presence in Europe,” said Maggie Xue, President for OPPO Western Europe.

The new headquarters in Düsseldorf will allow OPPO to seize opportunities for further development with a focus on the needs of the European public.
