Huawei HarmonyOS to Enter European Market Next Year

Derek Yu, president of Huawei’s consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe and Canada, was recently interviewed during an exchange in Romania, during which he said that the Huawei HarmonyOS system will land in the European market next year.

The main battlefield of the HarmonyOS system is the Chinese market, as most Huawei smartphones in overseas markets still use the EMUI system.

Derek Yu also said, “When users switch from Android to Harmony OS, their satisfaction increases by 10%.” At present, 135 types of Huawei devices have been upgraded to HarmonyOS, and six devices are being tested internally. The total number of individual devices equipped with HarmonyOS has exceeded 150 million.
