According to an exclusive report by Jiemian, a Chinese media outlet, mainland Chinese companies have made significant strides in overcoming the production bottleneck of OLEDoS displays. This breakthrough, coupled with their successful foray into the primary supply chain, has paved the way for an annual production capacity of 1 million units of Apple’s Vision Pro.
According to earlier reports, Apple Vision Pro began mass production in December, and mainland Chinese companies have taken up 60% of the supply chain, with Luxshare Precision leading the domestic suppliers. With the entry of domestic OLEDoS display suppliers into the primary supply, the proportion of the mainland supply chain will further increase.
Apple Vision Pro will officially go on sale in North America in January 2024.
