On December 24, 2021, BYD and Daimler AG signed an equity transfer agreement, with BYD holding 90% and Daimler AG holding 10%. On May 16 this year, the Denza D9 model was officially released, with a price of 335,000 yuan to 660,000 yuan ($49,446 – $97,416).
