Chinese artificial intelligence (AI) technology company Haomo.ai announced that it will release the autonomous driving generative model "DriveGPT" on April 11.
An advanced driver-assistance system has turned out to be a must-have for car buyers, as eight out of 10 are willing to pay for the feature, said Zhang Kai, the chairman of autonomous driving company Haomo.AI, at the firm's seventh AI Day event held on January 5.
At present, there are two main types of urban navigation assisted driving systems in China. One of them is the "multi-sensor fusion + high-precision map" scheme, while the other is the "sensing takes precedence over mapping" approach.
China's intelligent vehicle market is significantly ahead of Europe and the United States, said Zhang Kai, the chairman of Beijing-based autonomous driving company Haomo.AI Technology Co., Ltd., at the company's sixth AI Day event held on September 13.
On September 14, at the 6th annual AI DAY, autonomous driving startup Haomo.AI announced that it had delivered three new sets of products for passenger vehicles in the past two and a half years.
