JD.com: Walmart No Longer Holds Equity in the Company

JD.com, Inc announced on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong that the company is aware that Walmart submitted Schedule 13G/A to the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the sale of the company’s shares on August 20 (Eastern Time). According to Schedule 13G/A, as of August 20 (Eastern Time), Walmart no longer holds any equity in the company. The company has noted that the price and trading volume of its shares traded today on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited have changed. To the best of the company’s knowledge, understanding, and belief, the company is not aware of any other reasons (besides what has been disclosed above) or insider information regarding the price and trading volume changes.
