On August 31, Twitter user Kacper Skrzypek broke the news that the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro (international version) had been approved to be launched in Europe. The product has now passed all necessary certifications and may make its debut in the near future.

Xiaomi released its Smart Band 7 Pro on July 4 at the Xiaomi 12S series product launch conference in China. This wearable device is the first “Pro” model of Xiaomi‘s Smart Band series. Nearly two months after its release in the Chinese market, the product will be launched in the international market soon.

Leaked information shows that the European version of the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro is code-named “M2141B1.” At present, it is not clear whether this version will change its specifications.

For the first time, the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro Chinese Edition adopts a large square screen (1.64 inches), accounting for 70% of the surface, and supporting AOD (always-on display). It offers colorful wristbands, adopting a quick-release buckle design and supporting intelligent brightness adjustments.

The Xiaomi Band 7 Pro has built-in GPS, which can accurately record movement without connecting to a smartphone. It also has 117 built-in movement modes and 10 running courses with different intensities. In addition, it supports all-day heart rate monitoring and all-day blood oxygen saturation monitoring.

The Xiaomi Band 7 Pro has a maximum battery life of 12 days, and supports intelligent voice assistant, NFC, offline payment, 5ATM waterproof, and a quick call reply function.

Xiaomi has been selling its Smart Band 6 NFC (Global version) in Europe since the end of last year. This particular fitness tracker supports contactless payment and Amazon Alexa voice assistance. Since the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro comes with standard configuration NFC and voice control in China, the global version is likely to retain these functions.
