Redmi K50 Gaming Edition Leak: Focuses on High-Performance Games

Today, popular Weibo tech blogger @Digital Chat Station revealed that the new Redmi K50 Gaming Edition is on the way and will focus on a high-performance gaming experience. The smartphone will come with a centered punch-hole straight screen with a lift-type solid shoulder button on the right.

An earlier post by the bloggerclaimed that Redmi will launch a new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 gaming phone with a high refresh rate screen and a large battery. This smartphone will also support fast charging, X-axis linear motors, JBL dual speakers, and physical shoulder buttons.

According to recent reports, the Redmi K50 series will be launched in 2022 and will be bundled with Xiaomi<img decoding="async" class="trade-card__loading" layout="fixed" height="50" width="50" src="https://assets.pandaily.com/uploads/2021/12/loading.png" placeholder />‘s MIUI 13 system. The new system is a substantial upgrade that has been optimized and upgraded for ease of use and stability. The MIUI 13 system will support upgrades of more than 80 models.

The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, the model before the current Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, was equipped with the Dimensity 1200 chip and shoulder buttons, with prices starting from ¥1999 (USD $315).
