Redmi K30 Pro to Drop March 24

Today, Xiaomi‘s sub-brand Redmi announced that their latest flagship, the Redmi K30 Pro will be available for purchase on March 24. Following the release of the K30 last December, the pro variant will come equipped with a Snapdragon 865 processor and support 5G networks.

The K30 Pro has a notchless display that is likely to be AMOLED. Leaks indicate that the device will be equipped with a quad camera setup on the back panel, featuring a 64MP Sony IMX686. The K30 Pro also retains the 3.5mm headphone jack, while photo’s suggest the presence of a selfie pop-up camera.

In terms of battery life, the K30 Pro is upgraded compared to the non-pro, packing a 4,700mAh cell and supporting 33W charging. With up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, the Redmi K30 Pro is likely to be one of the most attractive options for those looking for robust specs and 5G compatibility at an affordable price.
