Chinese technology industry blogger with Weibo nickname “Digital Chat Station” reported on Monday that the OPPO Watch 3 series will come out soon. This smartwatch will be available in three models, namely the OWW211/212/213 – all with a long battery life.
It was also reported that the series features a high screen-to-body ratio with a micro-arc square dial design. It is available in black, silver, dark gray, and light gold, and has all required functions.
In addition, the OPPO Band 2 model is the OBB211. It will be available in black and blue, supporting NFC, pulse monitoring and so on. Highlights of the second half of the year for OPPO are new flagship devices and the new operating system.
According to its official website, the OPPO Watch 2 series, which is the flagship OPPO smartwatch, was released in July 2021. It supports independent eSIM, more than 50 apps, more than 100 sports modes, dual-core and dual system configuration, and two modes of full and light intelligence.
The OPPO Watch 2 46mm adopts a double curved flexible screen with a narrow bezel. The whole series features 326 PPI, with a screen resolution of 402×476 for the 46mm version and 372×430 for the 42mm version.
In terms of configuration, the OPPO Watch 2 features UDDE dual engine hybrid technology, offering four days of continuous battery life. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 chip and an Apollo 4s dual chip jointly developed with Ambiq.
OPPO Health Lab has developed its own professional skiing algorithm, which can record more than 10 kinds of data including skiing distance, speed, slope, altitude and trajectory, in addition to exercise heart rate and calorie consumption.
