Sales models are transforming towards digitalization. In such an industry context, massive amounts of call, video and IM chat data are generated from online sales processes, but these data are not effectively utilized. IT consulting firm Gartner predicts that 70% of sales force communication data is recorded in the next three years, and AI, machine learning and NLP technologies are used for competitive analysis, project analysis and market insight analysis.
Secondly, customer relationship management software has evolved out of the traditional sales management method. Similar to the current, common and traditional CRM, this software separates the sales process management system, sales training system, and performance evaluation system from the sales process that should be integrated, thus posing great difficulties to closed-loop sales and digital management.
As a pioneer in this field in China, Megaview.com was founded by Han Sanpu, the former CTO and co-founder of Huajiao Live in early 2020, creating a domestic cutting-edge AI SaaS platform based on conversation intelligence to see through the whole link sales process and empower sales growth.
Megaview uses a variety of algorithm models for multi-dimensional sales data mining, including automatic speech recognition (ASR), natural language understanding (NLU), natural language processing (NLP), prediction algorithm, and success factor analysis model. Megaview continuously trains algorithm models through tens of millions of sales IM sessions, call data, and business flow data, enabling the system to adapt to a variety of application scenarios. Some of the most common ones include deal execution, sales strategy evaluation, sales onboarding, and in-sales training.
Megaview has served dozens of leading companies in fields such as internet enterprise services, B2B platforms, real estate, education, consumer medical care, automobiles, finance and insurance, and others.
