JSDesign Secures Tens of Millions of Dollars in Series B+ Financing

Chinese cloud-based UI design tool JSDesign has secured tens of millions of dollars in Series B+ financing. This round was led by Unicorn Capital Partners, with follow-on investment from existing shareholders Coatue Management, SAI and Source Code Capital, as reported by 36Kr on Wednesday.

In March, JSDesign officially announced that its total users had exceeded one million. It also jointly launched the “Design Open Source Initiative” with UI China to help the development of open source design in China and create value for the industry.

“A large part of our user growth comes from the spontaneous promotion of our regular users,” the founding team of JSDesign revealed, and attributed it to the persistence of product power drive. The firm stated: “Our users are also very enthusiastic to help us raise demand, urge progress, and give feedback on optimization suggestions every day. This culture of co-creating products with users has injected great energy into JSDesign in terms of product strength improvement and user growth, and has given us confidence in our long-term, sustainable development for the future.”

JSDesign has officially opened its plug-in API to global users, allowing all developers, design teams and enterprises to make full use of the API’s extension capabilities to freely customize plug-ins based on their needs, which is not only for internal use by teams, but also for all its users.
