The headquarters of HoYoverse, a global interactive entertainment brand owned by game developer miHoYo, was recently opened in Singapore. The Singapore office will house a dedicated team of professionals to provide high-quality entertainment services worldwide.
After Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Seoul, the opening of the Singapore office marks another strategic move in HoYoverse’s global expansion. Going forward, the Singapore office will serve as a key hub for the company’s global distribution and operation efforts, working closely with other offices and providing technical support for game development.
With the opening of the Singapore headquarters office, HoYoverse will add hundreds of jobs before the end of 2022. Current job openings seek experts in game development, engineering, marketing, product, operations, function, and project management.
“Our team in Singapore will play a crucial role in broadening our global development and service network,” said Forrest Liu, co-founder of HoYoverse. “We’re eager for more creative minds from diverse backgrounds to join us in building the future.”
On February 14 this year, miHoYo, developer of Genshin Impact, an open-world action RPG, announced the official launch of its new brand HoYoverse, aiming to create a grand virtual world driven by content which faces directly to global players. The brand includes four game products “Honkai Impact 3rd”, “Genshin Impact”, “Tears of Themis”, “Honkai: Star Rail”, one dynamic desktop software “N0va Desktop”, one community product “HoYoLAB” and one original music team HOYO-MiX.
