The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition was unveiled in April 2020, and became Xiaomi’s first phone to ship with MIUI 12. The smartphone adopts a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen, a water-drop notch one instead of the punch-hole one as on the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SOC, supporting both 5G and 4G networks. The camera of the Mi 10 Youth 5G comes with a 48MP full-scene quad camera setup, including an all new 8MP telephoto camera with a periscope lens that allows up to 5x optical zoom and 50x hybrid zoom. The Mi 10 Youth Edition 6 + 64GB will be priced at 2,099 yuan ($296).

On May 26, 2020, Xiaomi debuted its Redmi 10X in China, the first smartphone in its new Redmi X series. The Resmi 10X 5G is also the first smartphone to ship with a MediaTek Dimensity 820 chipset supporting dual 5G standby and bringing 5G connectivity to upper mid-range phones. It sports a 6.57-inch screen with an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 4,520mAh battery with 33W charging. The Redmi 10X comes with a quad rear camera setup, including a 48MP main camera, and a 16MP frontal selfie camera. The Redmi 10X starts at ¥1,599 (~$224) for the 6GB/64GB option.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max features a 6.67-inch display, and a 5020mAh battery with 33W charging. It runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10, and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. The $218 Redmi phone has a quad camera setup on the back with a 64MP main camera and a 32MP selfie camera on the front housed in the central hole-punch.

On February 4 2020, POCO officially launched its first flagship phone, the POCO X2 in India, which was the first new model by POCO after its spin-off from Xiaomi. The phone is widely considered a rebranded Redmi K30, a budget phone under Redmi released earlier in China. The Poco X2 is equipped with a Snapdragon 730G processor, a 6.67-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 4,500mAh battery with 27W fast charging and a 64MP main rear camera.
