The newly-released report shows that more than 30,000 couriers joined Cainiao Guoguo in 2020. The couriers had an average increase of 3000 yuan in monthly revenue with a 20% surge in daily delivery volume over the year.

Thanks to a highly digitalized delivery system, the platform provides quick package sorting and real-time tracking through its multiple outlets in various towns and villages.

Couriers can save up to 200 yuan in monthly phone bills and 1-2 hours of delivery time a day by joining in. According to the report, the company’s advanced technology has also attracted many female employees – 2020 saw an increase of 20% in the number of female couriers compared to the previous year.
